I offer intimacy and relationship coaching that helps you reconnect with your body, honor your needs, and create more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. My approach blends somatic (or body-based) practices, mindset work, and intentional conversation to support your growth in areas like communication, boundaries, desire, self-worth, and emotional connection. 


Somatic work involves working with the body as a source of wisdom and transformation. We pay attention to your physical sensations, breath, posture, and emotions to understand and shift patterns that may be blocking your pleasure, self-expression, or intimacy.


It might be a great fit if you’re stuck in patterns like people-pleasing or overthinking, feeling disconnected from yourself, or unsure about your needs in relationships. Maybe you're wanting more ease, confidence, or clarity when it comes to setting boundaries, expressing your desires, or trusting your own voice. This work can help you get there.


No. Coaching is NOT therapy, nor is it a replacement for therapy.  Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. As your coach, my role is to support you in making empowered choices, building emotional awareness, and taking aligned action in your relationships and life.


Nope! You don’t need a partner to explore intimacy, communication, or emotional awareness. In fact, many of my clients come to coaching because they want to better understand themselves before or between relationships. This work is about how you relate to yourself just as much as how you connect with others. 


I primarily support women, especially Black women and women of color, but my coaching is inclusive of ALL genders, identities, and sexual orientation. 


Each session is a mix of conversation and body-based awareness practices, tailored to your needs. We might explore what’s coming up in your relationships, notice what’s happening in your body, or practice new ways of expressing yourself. You’ll be supported in a space that’s grounded, open, and led by curiosity—not judgment. You always set the pace!


Not at all! You are always in control of what you choose to share. That said, sex is a natural part of being human, and it's something we can talk about without shame or judgment. In this space, conversations about sex, intimacy, and desire are treated as normal, healthy, and important. Whether you're ready to explore those topics or just getting comfortable naming them, you’ll be met with care and respect every step of the way.


That’s something we can explore together. In our discovery call, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, and what kind of support feels most aligned. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—just what feels supportive for you right now. I’ll offer guidance, but ultimately, you get to choose what’s best for your pace and needs.
