Destigmatize the Conversation

The most radical thing you can do is talk about sex like it's normal—because it is.

Pleasure Well is a space for exploring sexuality, sensuality, intimacy, and pleasure. Through conversation, education, coaching, and creative work, I help destigmatize these parts of our lives while creating room for deeper self-trust.

Sex Is Everywhere.
Honest Conversation Isn't.

We're surrounded by messages about sex, desire, relationships, bodies, and pleasure, yet we're given few places to talk about them honestly.

Many of us are taught what we should want, how intimacy is supposed to look, which desires are acceptable, and when pleasure is allowed to matter. Over time, these beliefs can shape the way we relate to our bodies, our relationships, and ourselves.

Pleasure Well exists to make room for something different.

This is a space for curiosity, complexity, and honest exploration. A place where sexuality, sensuality, intimacy, desire, and pleasure can be talked about without embarrassment, judgment, or the assumption that something has to be wrong before it deserves attention.

You don't have to arrive with a problem to solve. You can come with questions, contradictions, curiosity, longing, uncertainty, or simply a desire to understand yourself more deeply.

Room to explore

What Pleasure Well
Explores

“Nothing about your experience has to be treated as shameful.”

Pleasure can be personal, complicated, joyful, uncertain, embodied, relational, or all of those at once. These are some of the places Pleasure Well makes room to explore what feels true, meaningful, and pleasurable to you.

Sensuality & Embodiment

Reconnect with your body through sensation, presence, pleasure, and curiosity. Sensuality is not limited to sex! It can include touch, movement, comfort, beauty, scent, sound, and noticing what feels nourishing or alive.

Stories, Beliefs & Stigma

Examine the beliefs you carry about sex, bodies, relationships, desire, and pleasure, including what you may have learned from family, culture, religion, media, or past experiences. Pleasure Well creates room to question what no longer fits and to talk about these parts of life without shame or judgment.

Sexuality & Desire

Explore attraction, arousal, changing desire, sexual identity, curiosity, and the many ways sexuality can shift across a lifetime. This is a space to understand what you want, what you do not want, and what sexuality means to you beyond expectations or performance.

Intimacy & Relationships

Explore how you experience closeness and connection with others. This can include communication, boundaries, vulnerability, physical affection, changing relationship dynamics, and what it means to create intimacy that feels authentic rather than prescribed.

Self-Trust & Pleasure

Learn to listen more closely to your own wants, limits, curiosity, and sense of what feels right. This work is about making space for pleasure to matter, building confidence in your choices, and defining what pleasure and deeper connection look like in your life.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Rashauna.

I'm a certified sexologist through the American Board of Sexology, trained with the Somatica® Institute, and a fiction writer who has always believed that stories can be one of the most honest ways to understand ourselves. I founded Pleasure Well because I needed this kind of space first, and because I know I'm not the only one who has wanted something different without always having the words for it.

My approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that none of us are standing outside these conversations. We are all shaped by ideas about sex, bodies, intimacy, relationships, and pleasure, and we are all still learning what feels true for us.

I don't see this work as me having the answers while someone else brings a problem to solve. I bring questions, reflection, education, storytelling, and embodied exploration into the space, but your lived experience remains at the center.

Pleasure Well is about making room to question what we've been taught, notice what we actually feel and want, and build greater trust in ourselves.
